International Barytex Resources Ltd. Retains CoMo Investment Solutions Inc.

VANCOUVER, July 23 /CNW Telbec/ - INTERNATIONAL BARYTEX RESOURCES LTD.
("the Company") (TSX-V: IBX) is pleased to announce that it has retained the
services of CoMo Investment Solutions Inc. ("CoMo") to complement its investor
relations efforts and assist with in-house communications.
The company has agreed to a 6 month contract and in consideration of the
services provided, pays a monthly retainer of $4,500 to CoMo. The agreement
can be terminated by the Company by providing 1 month notice.
CoMo has been granted an option to purchase up to 25,000 common shares of
the Company subject to regulatory and the Company's Board of Directors
approval.

International Barytex Resources Ltd. is a Canadian mineral exploration
company managed by experienced professionals with successful track records in
the mineral exploration and development industry. Management is focussed on
the identification and exploration of economically attractive metallic mineral
